TVM proudly announces the opening of the second phase of the redevelopment of the old hospital site in East City, Peterborough.
The seven storey tower presented some unique challenges in its conversion, including the extension of the elevator and stairwell systems to accommodate residential suites on the penthouse. All systems within the building have been completely replaced to ensure the utmost in comfort and safety for residents.
Phase 2 of the project follows on the resounding success of 185 Hunter Street East and offers 69 residential rental apartments, each with central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances including dishwashers, wood and stone flooring, in-suite laundry and storage lockers.
TVM will continue to own and manage the property along with the balance of the redevelopment of the campus.
