For decades, TVM has built more than exceptional spaces—we’ve helped strengthen the communities we’re proud to call home.

Our long-standing affiliation with Thrive (formerly KPP) includes the meaningful Schoolhouse build, creating a supportive environment for youth and families.

We’ve partnered with the Canadian Mental Health Association – Peterborough for more than 20 years across various properties, a relationship highlighted by the community award we were honoured to receive from them.

Our commitment extends to supporting women and families through our work with Cornerstone Family Violence Centre (formerly Northumberland Services for Women) in the TVM Division build, and to improving access and care through our collaboration with Community Care on the 185 Hunter Street East project.

Most recently, our partnership with Karis (formerly Christian Horizons) on the Port Hope build reflects our ongoing dedication to creating spaces that uplift, empower, and serve.

Through our partnership with Community Care at 185 Hunter Street East, we help ensure essential programs and services reach residents throughout the City and County of Peterborough. These supports keep seniors and adults living with disabilities healthy, independent, and safe in their own homes.

Through every project, TVM remains committed to building with purpose—creating developments that contribute to a safer, kinder, and more inclusive future for all.
