This mission is echoed throughout TVM’s portfolio of properties, from its affordable housing interests to its modern luxury developments. Amit has always had a penchant for increasing the value levers of both quality and efficiency, without the need for compromise. Amit founded TVM Construction Inc. to reclaim both quality and efficiency as the driving force behind TVM’s construction interests. What excites Amit most about property development and management, is having the privilege of directly serving the communities in which the organization’s portfolio properties operate.  Under Amit’s direction, TVM has expanded to count the following as its primary business operation nodes: property investment, development, management, and construction.

With over 20 years of experience managing TVM’s residential rental portfolio Sid has successfully modernized several operational processes, increased revenue, and maintained our brand image in several regional markets. Sid arrives to work each day armed with a positive disposition and a great willingness to be helpful and attentive towards both tenants and superintendents alike. His responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day administration and operational functions of the company’s residential real estate division.

Corey’s corporate responsibilities encompass both financial and management accounting, as well as reporting. Corey is dependable, carrying on a positive and cooperative demeanor in his corporate life. Prior to joining The TVM Group in 2009, Corey held various corporate finance and accounting positions with public and private companies that specialize in banking and real estate. Corey is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), holding a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Michael G. DeGroote School Of Business at McMaster University.

Tammy has been working for the TVM Group for over 20 years fulfilling several different roles and responsibilities within the organization. Her daily shift from high heels to hard hat is focused on developing and operating TVM’s residential property rental portfolio in Peterborough. Tammy assists in coordinating all stages of construction, rental of luxury suites, preparation of lease agreements, generation of financial reports, and the supervision of TVM’s residential property managers. Tammy is happily married with a young son. She enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and shopping. Tammy prides herself on providing our clients, partners, and stakeholders with attentive and timely customer care.

Brandon joined the TVM Group in 2016 and is responsible for the leadership and management of the company's residential sales and customer relations division. Prior to joining the TVM Group, Brandon spent over 10 years working within the luxury residential construction industry focusing his efforts on sales, client services, and project management.  The TVM Group has worked to establish meaningful customer relationships since its inception. Brandon and TVM share the belief that the true value of any organization is the customer and community relationships that it develops. Brandon’s work serves to further this objective by creating a remarkable customer experience from their initial touchpoint with the TVM brand, during the construction process, to final delivery and beyond. Brandon works tirelessly to ensure that valuable customer relationships are cultivated and maintained throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

Having worked over two decades in the construction industry, Shane brings with him a diverse arsenal of experiential learnings that continue to keep TVM’s construction division both efficient and quality-oriented. Shane began his career as a qualified carpenter/joiner, with a specialty in large-scale residential and heritage restoration construction projects throughout Ireland. After moving to Canada in 2009, Shane expanded his specialties to include commercial and condominium projects. He is now responsible at TVM Construction for overseeing all aspects of project development - from the initial planning stages, through the project’s execution and evaluation. He is recognized on-site as a problem solver and relationship builder who creates a culture of accountability and performance.

Natalie joined the TVM team at the start of 2021 after working with the City of Peterborough’s Building Division. She takes on the role of site assistant for East City Condo’s and works hard to ensure safety and efficiency are top priorities for this project. As a Peterborough native, she is thrilled to be a part of the growth and development of Peterborough’s East City
