175 Hunter Street is Phase 3 of TVM's redevelopment of the old St. Josephs hospital in East City Peterborough. This phase of the redevelopment followed along the same path as the two preceding phases. The entire interior was stripped down to the original concrete superstructure and all new systems were put into place. Windows, elevator, walls, plumbing, flooring, electrical, life safety and roofing were all removed and replaced.
