TVM created 9 new residential rental suites in vacant second-floor space in downtown Cobourg.  TVM King Street East was created in response to the very strong need for affordable rental apartments in Cobourg.  The project benefitted from certain development incentives from the Town.  It was done in conjunction with the Canadian Mental Health Association with which TVM has a very strong relationship.  CMHA will ensure that the apartments are delivered to persons who are in true need.  TVM is proud to be part of the solution to the housing issues faced by so many.
